ISRAEL IDONIJE 2013 ALL SPORTS UNITED HUMANITARIAN AWARD WINNER JUNE 13, 2013, CHICAGO, IL – The 2013 All Sports United Humanitarian Award for Excellence in Sports Philanthropy was presented to NFL veteran Israel Idonije Monday, June 10 at 7 p.m. Peers and philanthropy industry professionals selected Idonije out of the 13 finalists named at the Skyline Club in Indianapolis, IN. The Israel Idonije Foundation (IIF) will receive a customized $100,000 media grant provided by the PVBLIC Foundation. “All Sports United is proud to award Israel Idonije as this year's winner of our Humanitarian Award for Excellence in Sports Philanthropy,” said Alan Pavlosky, Co-Founder of All Sports United. “We far surpassed our expectation with 39 nominees and narrowed the field to 13 of the most genuinely passionate sports philanthropists ever assembled. Israel Idonije is a truly great man with sincere intentions and he is fully committed to his foundation's programs. What is equally impressive is his spirit of partnership and the generosity he displayed to his fellow finalists. In this world of "me first,” Mr. Idonije demonstrates an unusual ability to give to others without even a thought of what he will gain in return.”
